Smeg Air Fryer 7L - Emerald Green

The Smeg air fryer uses forced hot air circulation to cook food with little or no oil, offering an alternative to traditional deep frying. With a maximum capacity of 7 litres, it lets you prepare generous portions in a single batch. Two cooking modes are available: Crispy, which uses the hot air flow to achieve a golden, crisp finish, ideal for chips, vegetables and any dish that calls for a dry texture; and Juicy+Crispy, which combines hot air circulation with the built-in water misting system, fed by a 60ml tank, creating controlled humidity for a golden, crisp surface and a softer centre, particularly suited to meat and fish. Seven preset programmes - Chicken Wings/Drumsticks, Meat, Fish, Shrimp, French Fries, Vegetables and Roast Chicken - simplify the preparation of everyday dishes by automatically managing time and temperature, with the option to customise presets in Crispy mode. A manual mode is also available for full control over the cooking process, along with a delayed-start function of up to 24 hours. A transparent window with an internal halogen light lets you check on the cooking progress without opening the basket. The basket, made of aluminium with a non-stick ceramic coating, is removable and opens with a flip-open, soft-close mechanism for practical, everyday use. The non-stick ceramic coating on the basket makes cleaning easier after every use; both the basket and the internal grill are dishwasher-safe for quick, effortless maintenance.
