Returns and refunds

The following text regulates the consumer's right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal allows the consumer to terminate the purchase contract without providing a reason and without incurring costs other than those outlined in this article within a 14-calendar-day period (Withdrawal Period).
If you purchased as a professional, the right of withdrawal does not apply unless otherwise agreed with the seller.

The Withdrawal Period expires 14 days after:

For single-product orders: the day the consumer or a third party (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the product.
For multi-product orders: the day the consumer or third party acquires physical possession of the last product.
For products delivered in lots or parts: the day the consumer or third party acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.

The right of withdrawal applies only to the entire product, not parts or accessories.

Returns are not possible for:
(a) customized products (e.g., made-to-order furniture);
(b) sealed products unfit for return due to hygiene or health protection once opened;
(c) products likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of withdrawal notification (subject to bank delays), using the original payment method, excluding additional delivery costs beyond standard shipping. Direct return costs are borne by the consumer.

Goods must be returned to Capurso (BA), CAP 70010, Via Casamassima km 11,300, or the address communicated. The refund may be suspended until receipt or proof of the returned goods.

The consumer is responsible for diminished value from improper handling. Products must be returned in their original state, fully functional, and with all accessories, tags, and seals intact.

If damage or improper handling reduces the product's value, the seller may adjust the refund amount. For improperly exercised withdrawal rights, no refund will be provided.
