The delivery of the Products is scheduled in: Italy. The user can always contact the Seller for more information about the delivery of the Products; for example, to know if the delivery is expected in countries other than those indicated on the Site. The obligation of delivery is fulfilled by the transfer to you of the material availability or in any case of the control of the Product. Delivery time of the Products from the order dispatch: except for Pre-orders as indicated in art. 3.1, delivery is made in 5 days. The term indicated is to be understood as indicative and not peremptory. The Seller therefore reserves the right to deliver the Products within 30 days of the order being placed. It is up to you to verify the conditions of the Product delivered. Provided that the risk of loss or damage to the Product, for reasons not attributable to the Seller is transferred when you, or a third party designated by you and other than the carrier, materially takes possession of the Product, the Seller recommends you to check the number of Products received and that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, also in the closing materials and you are invited, in your interest, to indicate on the carrier’s transport document, any anomalies, accepting the package with reservation. In the event that the packaging presents obvious signs of tampering or alteration, it is appropriate to give prompt notice to the Seller.
