The Gessi Ventaglio 72095 freestanding basin mixer is one of the most visually striking bathroom fixtures in its category: a slender column of just 32 mm in diameter rises from the floor to over a metre in height, opening into a curved 232 mm supply spout with an 8-degree angle, creating an almost sculptural effect that pairs naturally with freestanding basins, countertop basins.
The design was born from the collaboration between Gessi and Filipino architect Michael Vincent Uy for the Ventaglio collection: the circular Ø 110 mm base provides a stable, discreet support from which the column rises, in a play of proportions that evokes the oriental fan - a symbol of grace, prestige and refinement - transformed into an object of pure aesthetic engineering.
Featuring a 25 mm mixing cartridge, single-lever control and open drain (no waste included, ideal for basins with an integrated or floor drain), the 72095 also offers a notable technical feature: the height is adjustable between 1,081 and 1,131 mm, allowing it to be fine-tuned to the finished floor level and the basin rim height with precision. Crafted from high-quality brass, ISO 9001:2015 certified and compliant with European standard EN-817.
Important technical note: this item corresponds to the visible exterior part of the freestanding mixer (column, lever and supply spout) and does not include the in-floor body required for fixing and water connection, which must be ordered separately. The compatible in-floor body is Gessi 46189. Both components must be combined for the mixer to function correctly.
